Charlie is a financial news and market intelligence app that helps you follow what matters across markets, with personalized news and an AI assistant that explains events in plain language.

How do I create an account?

Open the app or visit app.charliefinancialadvisor.com, then sign up with your email. A confirmation email will be sent to verify your address.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" to receive a reset link by email. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iOS, manage your subscription from Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On the web, open your profile and use the billing section, or contact us and we will help you.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app, go to Profile, and use the "Delete account" option. Your personal data is erased immediately. You can also email us and we will process the request manually.

Is Charlie giving investment advice?

No. Charlie provides information, context, and educational content. It does not give buy or sell recommendations, and it is not a substitute for professional financial advice.
